Personal data we collect
We may process the following limited categories of personal data:
- Contact and professional information, such as your name, work email address, telephone number, employer and role, when you contact us.
- Correspondence and enquiry information, including the content of messages you send and information about your commercial requirements.
- Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, pages requested and security events generated when the website is delivered.
This website does not currently provide user accounts, web forms, behavioural advertising or audience analytics. We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data through the website.

We do not use website visitors’ data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Who may receive personal data?
Personal data may be disclosed, only where necessary, to website hosting, content-delivery and security providers; communications and IT service providers; professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and legal counsel; and public authorities where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, where required.
How long do we keep data?
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including the management of an enquiry or business relationship and applicable legal, accounting and limitation-period requirements. Unsuccessful commercial enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion after 24 months of inactivity, unless a longer period is justified. Technical security records are retained for limited operational periods determined by security and hosting needs.
Your data-protection rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data; restriction of processing; data portability; or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
